They are small organs within the cell. For example, a mitochondria is an organelle because it carries out a specific function (making energy). Since you want two, the Golgi Apparatus is another organelle.

RE:
What are Organelles? Can you give me two examples?
I don't really understand what organelles are. Not only that but I need a few examples of what they are and I'm really really confused. Any help would be great!

Other organelles are the lysosome, chloroplasts, the endoplasmic reticulum, and the nuclear envelope. Some people, depending on how they define "organelle" include things like ribosomes and the cytoskeleton in the list of organelles.
Generally, organelles are small, membrane surrounded parts of a cell that carry out specific functions.

I am sure this is covered in your bio book as well as in lecture, but here we go: All organisms are made of cells. Multi-celled organisms, by definition, are made of more than one cell. Humans are one of the most complex multi-celled organisms. Organisms at our level are made of organs, such as heart, lungs, stomach, etc. These organs are made of tissues, such as muscle, nerves, etc. Tissues, of course, are made of cells. Cells are not homogeneous objects, however, so the various items within a cell are called organelles. Each organelle has a specific function. The nucleous for example contains the majority of the genetic material (DNA). The mitochondira carry out processes such as the Creb's cycle that produce energy for other parts of the cell to use. Ribosomes are essentially enzymes (catalysts) designed to transcript RNA and DNA. Golgi bodies pack up and transport various chemicals for transport throughout/between the cells. Chloroplasts, in photosynthetic organisms, carry out chlorophyl which is the conversion of CO2 and H2O into sugars with the help of light. There are more, but the easiest organelle to overlook, yet the most important is the cell membrane. Like the skin of a person, the cell membrane is the organ that seperates the parts of an individual from things in the surrounding envronment. A cell membrane is made of a lipid bi-layer which has other organelles that actively pull in or push our certain chemicals and items. All of these various organelles work together to fuel and direct the cell, just as all the organs of a human are needed to fuel and direct him/her.

Organelles are membrane-bound compartments within the cell that perform specialized functions. Examples include the peroxisomes, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, and lysosomes.

These are small functional units within a cell, sort of analogous to the way organs are functional units within an organism, eh?
My favorite examples are mitochondria and chloroplasts.
