That's probably it or close to it.

Have your parents thought of getting her a breast reduction?

Most PS's won't do a reduction on someone so young BUT THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS. I know those her age who have gotten a reduction done.

She should talk to a doctor, it can be covered by insurance no problem, especially with HH's!!!

Have her and your mom check out these sites:

FYI, losing weight MAY NOT HELP.

Breasts are NOT ALL FAT, they are also made up of very dense breast tissue.

For one thing, working out with HH's are a pain in the butt (rather, the chest/back). Also if she has more dense breast tissue and not a lot of fatty tissue she WILL NOT lose in the breast (been there tried that, had to get a reduction). If the breasts are more fatty, she MAY lose in the breast, it really depends on if she is overweight or not. If she is slim, I would not recommend trying to lose by working out and would rather get a breast reduction.

dont know about any records, but a childhood friend of mine, at the age of 13 had a 40dd bust. This caused severe depression in her, back ache and lack of confidence. Because it seriously affected her mentally, she was given a breast reduction on the nhs. I would contact your gp if it is affecting her severely mentally. I was a 38d at her age, but i quite like having large boobs!

I was pretty big as a teenager, but no where near that size....sorry!
If she is having alot of back pain and other issues with it, she can go to the doctor and he can most likely write a referral to a plastic surgeon who can do an augmentation. With a doctors referral it could quite possibly be covered by insurance since they are causing pain.

I wish her the best of luck with this. I know it is not at all fun.
Good Luck!

Losing weight might lead to smaller breat size. Believe it or not 3 meals a day and 4 or 5 healthy snacks can lose weight. you also have to excersize and burn more calories than you actually eat. walking around your school track can help big time. 4 laps around is one mile 8 times is 2 miles but you have to have lots of water. If you dont like water then try bottled water with crystal light packets. House cleaning equals calories burned. your boobs might get smaller or sag but you can allways get a reduction afterwards only afetre you lose the weight.

thebreast is made up of fat mostly and then you have the glands and below this the muscle
put this child on a diet as it will help with her posture as her back must be in pain and while growing your bones need to have the correct posture and go to a specialist and get two accurately measured bras and wrongly fitted bras damage the spine as well
please seel medial attention for this as its veryu odd and must be very uncomfortable for her
bless her

Where do you suspect such records are kept for teenage breast sizes, and who do you think takes the measurements?
