Ok why do those exist? I tried using them and they hurt like hell. Theyre just awful! Does anyone use them? Why would you?

I have always hated carboard applicators. The plastic ones are so much better. I'd assume that the people buy them because they are better for the environment, although I would rather just plant an extra tree or two.

Hmmm...maybe you just weren't using it correctly. The only time I've ever found them painfull was once when I caught my skin in the two sliding parts...WOW...did I ever yelp! I think I buy them because they are better environmentally than the plastic ones. However, the plastic are definately more comfortable.

I know exactly what you mean, those cardboard things suck. It doesn't matter what size you use thay always pinch. Plastic is definately the way to go.
