Almost all my sons clothes are Bob The Builder and I got them all off eBay. Another cheap and fun idea is iron on transfers. Pick up some cheap plain coloured shirts and iron them on yourself. The transfers are only a couple of dollars each and if you buy a lot from the same seller you can usually save on postage.

Maybe you need to find someone who sews! Bob the Builder isn't too difficult to copy.
