I keep on hearing about these spas that offer a body wrap, specifically a place called Suddenly Slimmer. Apparently, they can wrap this stuff around your waist ( and legs, etc.) and it causes you to lose the toxins under the skin so you immediately look slimmer. This just sounds too good to be true to me. Has anyone done this? How were the results?

They really do... dehydrate you. It just releases water from your system and fat cells, reducing the size of cellulite ***temporarily***.
I figure it must be like waking up hot and sweaty, and feeling faint. It might be interesting for right before a big black tie event.

If you do not integrate the "slimming or anti-cellulite wraps" with regular exercise and diet- NO amount of scrubbing or body wraps and treatments will take away the toxins or the fats or the cellulite. Start by eating right, walking one hour a day and maybe do belly dancing or swimming. The wraps do not offer magic- start one day at a time.

They work but only for a day or 2. So if you have to look slimmer for a party or to get into that bridesmaid dress that you didnt diet for then go for it. They are not a long fix tho so just remember that. They basically dehydrate you so you loose all that water weight. be careful that you dont drink a ton of beer that day tho or im sure you will balloon out before you can get home..... it will be like a Cinderella story except you will end up looking like a pumpkin instead of riding home in one :)
