Here are two ultimately bad movies. the first is from Matt Stone and Trey Parker of South Park fame. It's called : Cannibal The Musical. It is actually taken from a true story but is badly hilarious.
The second is even lesser known. It was John Landis' first ever effort (probably the reason why you can't find it). It is called Schlock. My brother and I saw it years ago and laughed through the whole thing. If you can find these anywhere I suggest you give them both a viewing.

Kung Fu Hustle, this is an all action honk kong martial arts movie that tries to be Crouching Tiger in style but just cracks you up with the insanity of it all, however as a super kung fu no holds barred beat em up movie, its actually very watchable! Look out for a giant frog at the end!

"Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" (an intentionally bad horror spoof)
"Andy Warhol's Frankenstein" (so over the top it's funny at times)
"The Toxic Avenger"

I haven't seen "Grindhouse" yet, but according to what I've read it's deliberately campy and corny and would probably be up your alley. I don't think it's out on DVD yet, but it should be soon.
