No unless you have an overdrawn checking account which is a link to your debit card. If it happens that the account ends up in collections then yes but that would be a long time before you end up there...LOL. Generally they don't!

No because it is not credit. A debit card is a way to spend your own money from your own bank account. A credit report is measuring your reliability and ability to pay back money that is lent to you. They are different. Now if you overdrew your checking account with a debit card and the bank reporting it to a credit bureau...that would show up.
