Well, you could try to do a people search, on line, for free it will show you where she lives and for like 10 bucks they can give you her full address and telephone number if the number isn't private. She is 20 years old, so she should have some kind of public info. Also if she lives with a parent that you know their full name, you could do a people search of that person and it will show her name and age, that would most likely be her current address. Good luck.

You Need to Find a Cleveland Local Private Investigator. They wont charge you too much. They can do a records search. It depends on how much information you can give them to start off with as to how difficult it will be to locate her.
