Hi, there. You can't "remove" your tan, but you can treat and refresh the tanned skin. Take a daily supplement of Vitamins A (5000-10000mg/day max), D (400-600mg/day), and E. (500-1200 mg/day). You may be able to find them combined, but purchasing them as separate capsules will guarantee a higher/better dose of each vitamin. Each of those vitamins provides resources that allow your body to heal your skin and to regenerate new skin cells.

Make a lotion by blending 2 parts aloe vera gel (the thick type, try to get all-natural) with 1 part light oil such as olive, soybean or corn. Whip those together with a fork until you get a light, fluffy cream. If you have access to some, add some Lavender Essential Oil (about 15 drops per teaspoon of lotion) and blend well. Use this lotion daily. If it's too thick, add a little more aloe vera gel. This lotion will need to be kept cool and should be used within 3 weeks of making it. You can also pierce a Vitamin A, D, or E capsule and add the oil from one of each to the lotion.

This combination of treatments will help your body heal itself from the inside and from the out. If you'd like to use a gentle exfoliant to help slough off dead skin cells, mix 3 TBLS corn oil or olive oil with 1/2 cup oatmeal you've run through a blender for about 10 seconds and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Rub that all over the tanned areas and then rinse off. You can follow the scrub with a gentle wash if you'd like.

All of those will help your skin look great in no time. Good luck!!

I have found that a good body scrub helps a little bit. This helps get the skin cells on the top layer of your skin (which are usually dead anyways) off.

I prefer an Avon body scrub. One's that are more coarse would probably be better in your situation. I don't reccommend using a FACE scrub on your body though.

But, overall, tans and sun damage are permanent. There's nothing wrong with still having a tan even though summer is gone... NATURAL tans tend to LAST.

Good luck!

Uh, you can't really 'get rid of' a tan.

You just have to let it run its course.

Try some aloe vera gel.
