If you took your pill for at LEAST 7 days (7 days being the minimum) and you never missed a single dose, AND you started your pills when you were supposed to, you would be protected against pregnancy (in about 95% of the cases...because NO method is EVER 100% effective).

The yellowish discharge could just be a bit of light spotting, which would be common on the pill. The other symptoms you're describing could also be related, since the pill tricks the body into thinking it's pregnant already (so it doesn't make an egg to fertilize).

Just keep taking your pills and you should get your period by the 3rd or 4th day of your placebo week....although it's not uncommon to miss a period when first starting out.
In the event that you DO miss a period, wait till the end of your placebo week and take a home test (which will most likely come up negative).

you are supposed to wait a month for the birth control pills to be fully effective. i personally would be concerned if i had had unprotected sex twice and he finished both times

You should be on birth control for at LEAST one month before having unprotected sex. You are probably OK, but I would go to a Dr. and have a pregnancy test anyways, and have them check that discharge. Better safe than sorry.

There is NO 100% effective form of birth control except for abstinence.

So even if you take it as directed, you have a chance of getting pregnant.

i would seriously see a gyno...
you are saposed to be on the pill for at least a month before u start having unprotected sex
visit your gyno see what he/she says...
dont worry!!! that always makes things worse... if ur gyno tells u to wait to see if your period comes or not... dont stress! that may make it late when ur actualy not pregnant.
i would have thought ur doctor would tell u these things... i guess not

you should be okay, but just be more careful, and please don't let him finish in you just yet
