I agree the public is being too hard on her. She lives in constant media scrutiny with the paparazzi chasing her all the time. Her every move is recorded for the public. Sure, when you are a celebrity media attn is part of the job but they are going overboard with Britney. She has made some bad decisions and went through a breakdown. But, think of "normal" people you know that have break downs due to divorce, people using them for money, post par-tum depression, etc at least their actions are not viewed by the world. I can't see why so many people support K Fed. He is money grabbing loser that is leaking info to the media to get more of Britney's money. Her 20,000 per mth pymts to him ends in Nov. Now his attorney wants her to pay him 50,000 to cover K Fed's legal fees, so they can keep slandering her in public? Unbelievable. Britney has made some bad decisions. She needs someone to counter K Fed's team. You never hear anything from Britney's legal team. I think she should hire Gloria Allred to handle the legal mess and focus on the MTV award show to make a big comeback to turn around public opinion.

You have GOT to be kidding! For starters, she's a horrible mother who would rather go out partying with Paris Hilton than taking her responsibility to her children seriously. How would YOU feel if your Mom went out clubbing on the weekends instead of doing her job -- taking care of you?!?!! Secondly, she has no respect for the law and she thinks that her superstar status somehow puts her above the rules you and I have to obey every day (or suffer the consequences if we don't). Finally, whether she cares to acknowledge it or not she IS a role model for a lot of young, impressionable teenage girls, and she's teaching them to think and act like little skanky whores with no self-respect and no concept of life in the real world (READ: She encourages people like you to live for partying, getting drunk, doing drugs, and screwing any guy you feel like). You love her now, but you'll grow up eventually and see what a truly despicable human being she really is -- and then you'll kick yourself for spending your money on her CDs and concerts.

She is a role model, young people all over the world look up to. If you choose to be famous you choose to set examples. So If she has kids and is smoking, drinking and doing drugs and doing irresponsible things she still a great person ?. Do you think you would want your parents to act like that? She honestly needs to get a grip. You must be very young.

She is a brat that needs to grow up. Britney should have never had a baby or gotten married she is not ready. Super stardom has went to her head and she doesn't care about anyone but herself. Personally I feel that anyone that buys her cd's is just feeding into obnoxious behavior.

There are many times I think that Brittney has gotten the short end of the stick. However, when you sign up to be a superstar, you somewhat sign away your rights to privacy. She keeps making really bad decisions that make it hard to feel sorry for her. She is a role model whether she wants to be or not so she needs to clean up her act and start acting like a responsible adult and take care of her 2 babies.

i like britney spears over linsay lohan.........i think britney is in the stage of her life where she needs to learn the hard way....i wish for her to make better choices in life.....but she is an adult and will make mistakes.....but i hope the best for her and her children..........marrying kevin was not a good idea though.......i would love to be part of britneys business as a water girl or whatever i can do for her......but we all know that wont happen.......

I really don't listen to her but I do think they should leave her alone and let her live her life and tell K FED to get a job and stop counting her money. Strange he did not try to take his other kids from their mother.

she is a DUNCE!!!! She needs to grow up and learn how to take care of her children!!!! The California Social Services should take her kids away from her because they are going to either end up dead or hurt and she wont be around much longer she will be dead in the next 5-10 years
