I wake Mon thru Fri at 4:40am est. I wake up early because I have to be at work at least by 8:30am. I wake up early just so I can work out.

for a work day it is 6:30am for my current job because i have to get ready and make sure I have enough time to make it for the bus i take to work. But my first job I started at 5:30am on some days and I had to be up at like 4:30 or 4:45am luckily i did not live that far from the place. on days when i do not have to work it is usually around 9 or 9:30am in that range.

4:15 am two days a week. The rest of the week I sleep in until 5:30am. That's when my dog wakes me up to go outside.

WAY too early! I own 7 horses so I usually am awake by 4 am so I can get them all fed- brushed- and exercised so I can get to work by 10. The good part is being awake and seeing the sunrise
