We are pretty sure it is not birth control, one side is scored, the other side has a Z
2907, is there a place on the net that could tell me what it is?

It is Lasix (Furosemide), which is a loop diuretic, blood thinner.

The marking z 2907 came back as a blood pressure pill but those are white not pink.

It might be something like an anti-depressant or a heart drug of some sort. Another possibility might be something like the anxiety drug Xanax. If either of you take medication, I would call your pharmacist and ask about it. Hope this helps.

Why are you so worried? Do you have kids youre afraid are taking drugs?
It could've been stuck to your shoes, a squirrel couldve dropped it, someone who came over or a delivery man could've dropped it, lots of ways it could've gotten there.

Its a Diuretic.
Try googling what it says on the pill.
That's how I found out.
