Not often enough. Crying is a very cleansing/destressing thing. I think I would have less built up stress if I would cry more often.
You don't allow email, and I had a question for you. You said that having a kid at 40 was a bad idea and you were proof... I'd really like to know why you feel it was bad for you, because I've been considering having another child at around 40. I'm sorry to bother you on one of your questions....
