Animals communicate with sounds, expressions, colours, chemicals, vibrations, and touch. Almost all ways you can think of and I'm sure they use others we don't even recognise...
We try to understand but we have only scrapped the surface...
The test to recognise certain animal communications has been carried out for decades, maybe there will be a giant breakthrough one day.

Yes I think all animals communicate between themselves they all have danger sounds.

Sure. We know a bit about whales dolphins and monkees communication. But none of it is very complicated. Usually they just express emotion or are calling each other.
