Yesterday's pain is today's strength. It's certainly so.As one knows that yesterday is "history" and tomorrow is "mistery"
so know today, rather know "now" and that's it. Pain is borne
by the body whereas Strength is experienced. One has to learn Living in Present and experience the Strength.Pain and strength follow each other. After signs of strength, signs of pain
start following and follow.

if the pain is unbearable, then take a day off. it wouldn't do you any good to work out anyway. your muscles need time to heal after you've streched and contracted them. you may still be a bit sore the day after you rest, but chances are you'll still be at 80 percent. now it's all up to your will power. are you willing to push yourself to the limits again? or are you gonna pansy out and get another day's rest. if the pain is something you don't wish to deal with, drink a cup of coffee after your workout. don't worry about staying up all night. if you've worked out hard enough, you'll fall asleep. good luck
