Mine are mostly about customer service - having been in the service industry most of my working life it's a big thing for me. I HATE it when cashiers don't make eye contact or say thank you after taking my money. Likewise when I call a company and get put on hold indefinitely or transferred by a person who doesn't tell me that's what they're doing. And in a restaurant - at least pretend to remember who ordered what at the table! I waited tables for 10 years - it's NOT THAT HARD to at least TRY!
