Oh, they don't. The true drunken frat boys flunk right out. Check your university's stats. No matter what you think the dropout/fail-out rate is, it's higher than you think, especially among first- and second-year students.
Now, there are plenty of party-hard students out there who manage to pull it together in crunch time -- in fact, the Greek system tends to support that kind of work ethic more so than 24/7 partying. Universities drop fraternities and sororities that don't have any standards at all, so it's important for them to encourage at least a little work.
This doesn't mean that your average Greek is spending his or her weekends with their nose in a book -- it just means that, at certain points in the semester, they're strongly nudged toward catching up on a bunch of neglected work. It's enough to *barely* get by, perhaps, but sometimes a borderline GPA is all you need.

It wasn't the brightest element for the frat boys to do - yet i think of there are severe irregularities from the action picture enterprise in a million) representing that the action picture could never be shown interior the US 2) that it become a documentary going to a Kazach objective industry (all human beings tailors their transport to healthy their objective industry) and 3) signing a consent type whilst drunk! could you sign an employment settlement or purchase a house in basic terms after the different party had have been given you blind drunk? concept not!

i think the appropriate question would be "how do drunken college students get through college." most people assume that its only the greeks running around drinking all the time, but drinking all the time is a socially acceptable hobby for all college students. They usually sober up for a day or two to study for several hours then go back to partying.

I think they're all Phys Ed majors or something. They must be taking some really easy courses. I work my butt off for A's so I have no idea how someone can party all the time and still pass.

their parents have enough money for them to repeat classes so they get out in 5 years instead of 4. They have easy majors.
Who knows?

Obviously it depends on the college, but from my own undergrad experience, I can say that college really isn't that difficult. I'm actually more surprised when people fail than when they succeed.

You mean like Dubya? Well I'd bet they have either family connections to the school and/or the frat.

College is not as difficult as many outsiders might think. I know A LOT of people that are lazy, stupid, etc. with college degrees.
