Has your health care provider said that the baby has dropped? If the baby is still high in your body, that would explain the difficulty breathing. ...
The headache and light headedness are more of a concern. Do you have any swelling in your hands and face? If so, the headache and swelling (and dizziness, if it's true dizziness and not just light-headedness) could be signs that you're developing pre-eclampsia, a very serious condition for you and your baby.
Has your health care provider mentioned whether your blood pressure is up or if you have signs of protein in your urine? Those are other signs of pre-eclampsia. ...
I don't want to worry you -- but you should take these symptoms seriously and call your doctor/midwife's office.
The "odd cramp" could be Braxton-Hicks contractions, which are beneficial and normal.
Can you describe the discharge? It may be normal, or could be a sign that your mucous plug is changing. The mucous plug actually can regenerate, so it may not be a problem at all.
No matter what, you need to relax and take care of yourself. Stress can raise your blood pressure and produce hormones that aren't healthy for you or the baby. ... If you don't have a relaxation regimen, start by taking nice, steady, deep breaths and think of something pleasant. ... Do this any time you start to feel stressed.
But, by all means, call your health care provider about these symptoms. They may mean absolutely nothing -- that you have a touch of the flu -- but you'll feel better either way after you've talked to your doctor.

He can still turn around but it sounds like he is sensible and getting into the right position.
Don't worry about other people's comments on your bump - every one loves to speculate!
Your recent tests are ok so you don't need to worry about those.
If you are feeling a bit under the weather, go a have a lie down. If you feel that your cramps are coming regularly and are not from a stomach bug/constipation etc, call the hospital and ask for advice.
At 32 weeks, your baby woulod not die if born so don't panic, even if things go wrong.
Just take it easy and I'M sure you will both be absolutely fine.

from my experience i,d say this is normal, although if you have blood in your discharge get checked straight away.the baby being low will cause discomfort and can some times take your breath a little due to the lack of space inside you and the position of the baby.you might find over the next few weeks the baby will move up and down one week low the next higher, but really don,t be worrying about your baby turning upside down, and if this should happen your midwife can do her best to try and turn it the right way again with out any complications..your head aches are more likely being caused by you worrying too much ..stomach cramps could be your practice contraction braxtonhicks.discuss your concerns with your midwife, but try and relax and enjoy your pregnancy .you,ll miss your bump when its gone lol your going to be fine loads of women have given birth and many more will too.and its normal to be feeling the way you do,especially if its your first.just remember if people are giving you there scary stories of child birth...that every pregnancy is different.so good luck with your new arrival.and stay calm.

Don't worry too much. I also failed the first GTT test, but passed the second. Since then, I've learned that's fairly common. Failing the first test does not mean you have Gestational Diabetes. Did your doctor say your baby was small or just your belly? A small belly doesn't necessarily mean a small baby. Everyone carries differently, and that can have a profound impact on how big you look. I carried my daughter all out front, and at 32 weeks looked as though I was going to deliver at any second (and she was a week overdue - I could barely move by that point). As long as your doctor says your baby is doing well, don't worry. Best of luck and congrats on your pregnancy.

When is your next appointment with your doctor? You should call and share your concerns with him/her. How long have you had the headache? If it is just a little headache that goes away then it is probably fine. A headache that lasts is not OK. If you have this, call your doctor. It can be somewhat normal to feel short of breath--but not if it is making you dizzy. Make sure you aren't getting yourself worked up and hyperventilating. I think all of your concerns could be resolved with an appointment with your doctor. It is better just to be sure (and to make you feel better about how things are going). AND, 32 weeks is good! Although your baby would be premature at 32 weeks, he/she would do well. Let me know how things turn out. Hugs, Sophie P.S. Look up the symptoms of pre-eclampsia so you are familiar with them.

I had the extra discharge, headache, stomach cramps (mostly on my right side) the light headedness (almost passed out in wal-mart) and i felt like I had the flu, all in my last 4 weeks of preg. I only made it to 38 weeks. but my dr. did an exam and told me that every thing was fine ( he also added "what, you thought you last trimester would be FUN?) LOL but no matter how many people tell you its "probably" normal you are not gonna feel better till your dr. tells you, so give him a call you should be seeing him at least every other week (if not every week by now) so ask him to squeeze ya in and let him tell you that you and your lil angel is ok.
GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATS!!!!!

Call your doctor, if you feel really anxious, go get checked out. The closer you get the more uncomfortable it is, It can make you feel so anxious. If you are getting the cramps consistently, then get checked out. If your baby is moving, you are probably ok. It will be more uncomfortable from here on out, just try to relax the best you can. God Bless You and Your Baby.

I am pregnant with my third child and I more scared with this baby then I was with my first. I beleive everything is fine, you are just scared. I have carried low since I was 7 months, I think it just depends on the baby. Just hang in there.

My baby was low early too....and we went to 41 weeks!
If you're really concerned please call your doctor- and if it's nothing then you can rest assured. But they may want to see you, and that is probably a good idea. Best wishes! I'm sure you'll be fine. Just try and relax.
