Not sure about regional as in within one country, but different sounds in different regions of the world are well documented.

Except for crows who screech in crow in any dam country!

Me dad had some pigeons that spoke Geordie.It was a bugger if they got lost,nobody could understand them.In the end we made some name tags to fit over their claws.

damn dude good one well who knows really animal dont actually speak but read minds body movements emotions and sounds so i guest they got theme self through no worries if a welsh rabbit here the sound or even see Indian tiger i guest he knows wat the means RUN FOR UR LIFE!
