A good idea? No.
Rabbits gnaw tortoise shells, tortoises generally want different habitats than rabbits like, etc.
I could give you more useful info if you told is what kind of tortoise it was- for example, a Greek or Hermann's would not be as bad as a Red-foot would be.

If its the Rabbit your concerned about simply build it a fortress of solitude with automatic doors only activated by the twitch of its nose.... Alternativeley a big bucket/container of soil, the rabbit will create tunnels it can escape too and the cat wont tunnel. If your scared for the cat as your bunny is a evil genious hell bent on world domination simply affix lasers to your cat.

rabbit and tortoise was preys ......but they are diffrerent in temperature ....coz one was reptile the others was mammal...... there was not relation between two of them..... i would like to try keep them when they are young before...... and they will be thought each other like sibling or partner..... so dont be let go your trying also......thank for reading
