In Kigali, Rwanda President Clinton apologizes to the victims of genocide.
"... the international community, together with nations in Africa, must bear its share of responsibility for this tragedy, as well. We did not act quickly enough after the killing began. We should not have allowed the refugee camps to become safe havens for the killers. We did not immediately call these crimes by their rightful name: genocide. We cannot change the past. But we can and must do everything in our power to help you build a future without fear, and full of hope ..."

Judging by their positions at the time, rather than their post hoc allegations, Democrats adored the Soviet Union. Congressional Democrats repeatedly opposed funding anti-Communist rebels, they opposed Reagan's military build-up, they opposed building a shield to protect America from incoming missiles, they opposed putting missiles in Europe. As a rule, Democrats opposed anything opposed by their cherished Soviet Union!

Finger up, pointed out, and "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" as the finger points out....liar and a theif and to be honest I couldn't care less about that; but his letting a national defense contractor sell defense technology to China so they could aim missiles at our cities will NEVER be forgotten.

Reagan was one of the worst Presidents in outr history. Perhaps you could do better than rely upon pithy quotes from speec writers to justify a President place in history, or maybe not.

It was funny when the comedian said it 10 years ago.
Turn the page. Keep it moving. Unless you're Hilary, quit worrying about where Bill is sticking his junk. OK, Senator Craig?
