Sounds like you are having hot flashes. These can be a symptom of early pregnancy or PMS.

Hi there, Im 12 DPO now and Have been having intense hot for a few days. I havent been feeling like myself at all.
Honestly driving me nuts. I had same feelings with my son
s pregnancy but eventually they got worse as the pregnancy matured.
Now Its a waiting game until my AF arrives. Best of luck to you girl! Lots of baby dust your way!
