Hi, I bought a used 2007 Siverado on July 20, 5 days after the muffler gave me problems it sounded like diesel truck. The dealer told me to get it welded, i did, it sounded fine, 1 week later same problem, 2 weeks later same problem, got it welded.
The drive shaft is dented causing vibrations this is the problem of why it is breaking

Question is do i have to pay to get it fixed?
What if the dealer don't want to fix it?
Can i return the truck it is on my moms credit

Truck was sold as is, but i heard there is a 30 day grace period.

Thanks!!

If you bought it used, it was probably an as-is sale, no warranty. If anything goes wrong, you fix it. It's one of the risks of buying used.
