I think that this statement is fundamentally true. I think that our country long ago passed the point where we deserved either.

Considering it taken out of context and referring to taxes (essential liberties) in support of bad government program for protection of the people in PA.


The problem with quotes of out founding fathers is that we don't get the correct context nor to we understanding the definition of the words have changed over the years.

On top of which it was favorite of Tim McVeigh I no longer consider a good one.
