I recently moved out, was into a very busy time of my life for months, redecorating my new place, and now that its all over Im bored. Argh. Just staring at my new furniture. Yawn.

look into getting an animal, you'll never be bored if you have a cat/dog to play with. i know how you feel, keep redecorating. move things around and around... you may not have found the best spot for it all yet. move to another room... and look online for more ideas. help a friend redecorate their house.

Get a job, a hobby, join a recreational sport. Read a book, relax enjoy the time that you have now before the next busy rush.
I know what you mean though, it happens to me too.

Wow I'm the same way. I find myself getting depressed on vacations because I know after the week is done its back to the same old routine. I have not been able to find anything to balance this. maybe we are hopeless. Maybe not the most happy of answers but it might be the most true ;) ha

And you have touched on the addiction problem here. It is why people get high... cause feeling normal isnt as good as "high".
excercise makes your endorphine levels go up and that is a kind of high. gte out and join a group, or get a job!

Stop avoiding yourself and go out and have some "you" time... read a book.. go shopping.. paint something... draw something... whatever you like to do... if it's go-karts then go go-karting...
