- don't know how to relate verbally [what my problems]
- don't know how to get things straight [am mentally hiding myself from others, my tears drop inside not outside]
- so on...

First, love yourself. Realize that what you're going through is normal. Everyone has experienced the same thing at least once before in their lifetime. Relax and breathe. Take time to clean things up that may weigh heavy on your conscience right now. Lastly, complete things that you have put off doing that you know need completing. Do all of this in order: Love, Clean, and Complete. You will begin to see your world come back together and your fears dissipate. Love yourself back to a state of clarity and focus. It may not happen overnight, be patient, it will happen!

Lay in bed and practice completely surrendering all your feelings and muscles. This will relax your mind, also. At this point, issues sometimes surface, and the best way to handle issues is to apologize and wipe the slate clean. Make a regular practice of this and your relaxation gets deeper. When issues finally dissolve, positive thoughts bubble with no end.

1. exercise.. the endorphines help clear the mind and will help you regain a little focus and have less anxiety and stress.

2. spend some time actually THINKING about your life and what you want to do instead of moping about it.

3. if you find this comes to a point where you can't break out of the cycle.. then talk to a councilor.
