If you are 3 weeks pregnant that means your period is due in a week. Do you mean 5 weeks pregnant? It's counted from the first day of last period, so that the first 2 weeks there isn't a baby yet but that's how it's counted, 40 weeks from the first day of your period. Either way, sympoms usually start around 6 weeks, but some lucky women don't get many symptoms at all.

I am 7 weeks, and I was sad two weeks ago saying "I don't feel pregnant" asking people "did you feel pregnant at five weeks?" stuff like that. I was so frustrated... then came along week six, and with it brought morning sickness at all hours of the day.... I am still having it and feel very pregnant... Don't worry, it will come... then you will miss the "hmm I dont feel pregnant" feeling. I look forward to no more morning sickness and just enjoying being pregnant. Good Luck! and Congrats!

Yup completely normal. hehehe, I was breathless all the time when I first conceived, I just thought I was getting out of shape.
I have since added a couple of symptoms since I was early in my pregnancy, the worst being heartburn.
Take care, and congrats!!!!!!!!!!
Listed below is a good source of why you're so out of breath. It also lists some ways to make it better.

Most people don't even know they're pregnant at 3 weeks in, so yes, it's perfectly ok that you don't feel anything strange. Feel lucky that you're not already throwing up all the time.

Every woman's body responds differently to pregnancy. One woman may have constant vomiting, while the another never experiances the feeling of nausea.
You may even experiance different symptoms with your (if existent:) future pregnancies.
Congrats, good luck, and God bless!

How did you get a positive test at about 3 weeks pregnant? Normally your past 4 weeks before you will even be due for your period?

Yep that is not uncommon at all. Some ladies never get the sickness and stuff. Each woman is different and symptoms appear a different times in each pregnancy!!

Yup...hunger is first sign with me too.
Start taking your prenatal or a vitamin with iron.
Get into your doctor by 8-12 weeks for your first prenatal visit.
