Where are you located? Any good beaches, parks, etc? You can buy a cheap (and suprisingly good) bottle of wine under $10, pack lunch and picnic. Where did he ask you to marry him? Do it there if possible.

Sorry, thats the best I can do : )

Have the two of you taken a walk together lately? Go to the most beautiful park or lake in your town and get out and enjoy the weather and scenery. When you get home, make a playlist or play a CD with a lot of ballads. Turn off the lights, turn on the candlelight, slow dance and you will have the best night ever! Even if you just eat PB&J, enjoying by candlelight with a little music and sweet conversation makes it feel like heaven. Congratulations! If you made it through year one, you can make it last forever. Godbless.

how about just a nice quiet romantic dinner at home and a movie afterward? A matinee movie might work. Whatever you feel comfortable with. You may even decide to just have a quiet romantic dinner at home - candles don't cost a lot - and watch a movie as you are cozy next to each other. Get each other an inexpensive card or something for the evening.

Write each other notes about the most memorable things that you've experienced with one another. It doesn't have to be something together. For example, one can describe in a note to the other about how they look so absolutely "hot" in the restaurant while waiting for the other to arrive. Then have a nice dinner of spam sandwiches and french fries and kool-aid (in fancy glasses) all over candlelight. This will all cost about $7.00 at the most for Spam, Bread, Koolaid, Etc. Enjoy and Have a Great Evening!!! and if you're that broke I'll send you $10.00.

Make a candle lite dinner, go for a midnight walk (stop and smell the roses), go to the park and play on the playground, full body rub. Sometimes doing something you both enjoy, like if you both like fishing, or hiking, swimming. Just being together will make it a wonderful anniversary.

Bake or buy a tiny cake.
Light candles all around the living room and turn out the lights.
Softly play your favorite love songs, only love songs.
Have a picnic of finger foods that you can feed each other.

Happy First Anniversary!

make his favorite dinner and dessert. Have the diningroom set up as a restaurant with candles. Meet him at the door with a towel over your arm and a bottle of wine. Prepare a menu with choices for the evening so he may order whatever he likes on the menu..i.e a movie, game, walk....
dress yourself to the hilt and yes make sure you plan for a "special event" for the night. Always keep him interested...

A quiet evening at home together with some soft music a nice little dinner and maybe rent a movie. Try to remember what brought you two together to begin with and enjoy each others company.

Since you are still kinda in your honeymoon period, take a trip to the local adult store and go nuts or do a 1 night camping trip. It is like 8 bucks a person for a site. Do it before the summer days are gone.
