I live downtown with at least 4-5 busy bars around my place and the weekends are getting fairly busy. I was thinking that this would be a good chance to make positive out of all the commotion from the bars at night.

First, I need to find out whether I need a license to serve on the streets. What times would be good to go out? 10- 2 in the morning.

The most important thing would be what to serve. I don't want to have a big hotdog stand and all that. I was thinking Tamale's with either meat, cheese, peppers and serve them from a thermal bag I can just carry on the street around the bars.

If anyone else has any ideas on what I could serve or start something like this I would be greatful for suggestions.

Thanks and have a good day.

Any food that can pose a health hazard if temperature is not maintained is an issue .
You would have to check with your local authority for vendor's license for food .
Usually tho , drunks seem to crave greasy fried food .

I Never really understood drinkers tho ,
My party people craved the opposite .

You will need a license...and with that comes an inspection of your facility. Burrito's are a good drunk food. Maybe even breakfast burritos...we used to go out to breakfast after boozing all night.
I would suggest staying open past 2...that's when the bars close.

it has to be a food item that is easy to eat without utensils...like pizza slices or burgers...bottles of water and sodas would also be good
