If the macbook is under warranty, contact Apple for help, although MANY companies say 2 or 3 dead pixels is acceptable.
If not under warranty withrer learn to live iwth it or find a Co that can replace the LCD panel and give you a price for said work. (Not cheap)

you can't remove a dead pixel by yourself, you have to send your macbook back to company.

You need to replace your monitor, and stop touching your screen with your fingers. The oil on your hands short circuits the pix's. If you must touch it use a pointer made of wood only.
