Legal issues... Court paper not received... what to do?

If the court sent me a document but I never received it is there something I can file in court?

Call the court house and tell them what happened, ask if you can pick up the papers in person or you pay to have them fed-ex to you.

This depends on what tyoe of papers and how long its been since the papers where send.
