There is never a "right" time to relax on here. The trolls are out patrolling our every move...day in...day out. If they don't care for the topic...DELETE. If they don't care for your avatar...DELETE. If they just don't feel well that morning and your question is the first they see, well....DEEEELLLEEETTTEEE!
You can't get around it so just ask/post what you feel and enjoy the ride.
I've been deleted for saying "thank you" for such wonderful responses from my friends.

My best time is after 7:30pm Central - most of my regulars are online then.....
I do occasionally throw in an early one now and then, just to break up the monotony...

I'm not sure; they have a list of guidelines & rules or something, but I've had questions deleted that did not seem to break any rules, so who knows

you're usually fine unless you post an avatar game..... for some reason those get deleted WAY faster then any type of obnoxious/violent/racist comments.

I don't know anyone who was deleted. but maybe if people say rude or nasty things, or have xxx rated avatars they will be removed.
