Cuz I just got the explicit Curtis becaue I had a clean version but you cannot listen to 50 clean...

Anyways the Graduation was smooth all the way through and I can say it was banging and will probably grow on me a lot more....

But I just listened to Curtis and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting because 50 came hard!!!

I mean we all know The Massacre sucked....and 50 is rich but at least he acted like he was trying to entertain on this one...not as many love jams...more rawer

but has anyone heard both albums and what did you think?

And who is gonna sell more and why?

are you bootlegging both of em or will you buy one?

yeah I have heard both of them. I agree that the 50 wasn't as bad as I thought but I did not like it as much as Kanye's cd. I like the kind of different direction he took with this one, and I really enjoyed his lyrics. So on Sept 11 I will go buy Kanye's I think it is worth it. As for who will sell more I have been seeing polls on allhiphop.com and alot of people are saying Kanye, but 50 does have amore wide and huge fan base. He is catering to the commercial market, even though Kanye's stronger single was #1 for a while. I have both bootlegs but I will buy Kanye's I support my artist. I just use the botlegs to take in the car with me and stuff. My store bought cd's do not leave the house.

50's album is decent. I disagree with what you said about The Massacre. I think The Massacre was a great album. You have to open your mind and appreciate more than hardcore rap. Curtis is good except for the songs he has out right now. They are the worst on the album. The only good one is Ayo Technology. The rest of the album he goes hard. Kind of like Get Rich or Die Tryin.

You already know that Kanye's album is great. He needs to broaden is horizon for the next album though. A lot of his songs are starting to sound the same. Graduation is better than Late Registration, but it's not better than The College Dropout.

I think the sales will be close, but 50 saved himself by putting out a single with Justin Timberlake. That probably gained him an extra 60,000 sales.

So fifty wasn't doing all that hard singing this time? Did Kanye put his whole evolution on his CD... growing up and getting accustomed to his new life with money?? I will not be purchasing either CD, bootleg only because I refuse to buy CD's that I have to skip through. I believe 50-cent will sell more because he appeals to more ppl and he never got on tv talking about Bush is racist... everybody is comfortable in the fact that 50-cent is a gangsta (wanksta for those of u familliar with his publicity stunt) Kanye lost fans on that whole calling out the president for being racist note. Like I said earlier... I expect straight ignorance from 50 so when I put his CD in and hear the ignorance I'll be judging just how ignorant he got this time. And I'm ok with that. So for me right now fifty is at about a 8/10. When I think of Kanye I think of emotions and him getting emotional so right now he's at about a 9/10... and I usually only put R&B on the emotional scale, but agh why not.

I haven't heard much of 50's, but i have listened to Kanye's about 7 times since yesterday. I really like Kanye's except, it is way too short, i mean 13 songs. Plus it is way more radio friendly then his first 2, just about every song can be a single. But he did put out another solid album, and he is the hottest rapper, producer, entertainer in the game.

And I plan on bootlegging both of them, but I am going to buy Kanye's in stores just to help him outsell 50. I pretty much bootleg everything unless it is an artists I truelly support EXaMPLE. Kanye.

Im going to leech off of my friend on Graduation, never am i going to buy another 50 cent album! I think that Kanye West has developed alot in the past year, and im looking forward to his new release. Btw, kanye didnt say bush was racist. Bush is the face of the government, and the government is. Like it or not, racism didnt end. And the governments slow reaction to katrina was discusting. Anyone who does some research knows that the governemnt messed up. His people were dying, and he summed it up. Kanye!

I'm a HUGE "Kanye to the" fan, but I must say that I was NOT impressed what so ever by "Graduation". Few too many tracks; Kanye trying to evolve as an artist/producer resulted in strange musical arrangements and beats that sounded unfinished. It is growing on me, but its not "College Dropout" by any means in terms of "bangers".
