PAL - Palaging Akoy Late. "I'm always late." I experienced it several times with my domestic flights. For international most airlines are not worst.

I was about to write Aeroflot, but that's just after what I've heard about that airline.
Out of personal experience the worst has to be Philippine Airlines. Never in my life have I heard of other airline crews who discriminate against their own countrymen. You know the story... a Japanese or Westerner asks for a glass of water, the stewardess smiles and quickly obliges... the same is requested by a dark skinned Filipino in the same cabin class, all he gets is a frown and a "I'll see what I can do, sir", meaning "I'll do it when I feel like it". I'm not talking about an incident or a couple maybe... me and my Family have travelled every year with PAL from 1986-1993, when we said "NEVER AGAIN" after PAL lost all of our luggage (4 suitcases) and said they'll have to investigate into it. That, they said, could take anywhere from 2 to 8 months... our vacation was to last only 4 weeks.
I wouldn't travel with them even if they offered a 50 percent discount everytime.

Philippine Airlines,, terrible service,, food is crap ( I've lived in the RP for 27 yrs. so its not my taste buds) Ground service is awfull. They never can get a check in counter right. Long lines, terrible service and no information. Code share flights with any other airlines much the same.. Expensive compared to other airlines flying out of Manila for no reason.. Even the OCW's don't use it because of poor service, once stranded in Dubai for 24 hours and didn't want to provide hotels until reminded they were an IATA member and had to provide accomodation after 6 hours after tracking down the ground agent for 3 hours. Delayed flight on business class out of Manila and they put me up in one of the short time hotels in Ermita.. Asia's first airline but now the last for sure.

Aeroflot, Tajik Air, Air Uzbekistan, Bashkir Air International, China Southern Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Saudi Arabian Airlines...I can name a dozen more, easily but these top the list.
Inflight comforts are non-existant in these airlines. Saudi Airlines is like flying in a mosque..with no offense meant to my Moslem brothers.

Malaysia Airlines ... worst pilot and cabin service ever!
Northwest ... very little leg room.
Korean Airlines .... smelly toilets
Personally, I like Air Canada, United, Philippine Airlines, American Air.

United Airlines is the worst. They always always lose your luggage. Their flight attendants need a crash course in customer service. It's really disappointing. To think, their tickets aren't even cheap! Lousy lousy airline.

Every airline got me off here and landed me safely to Manila, that's the ticket. So, they're all good.
Though I have some bad experiences:
Cathay Pacific landed me in Bahrain and left us there for 3 days, stayed in Le Vendome.
Gulf Air - Lost my accompanied in Cebu. Paid me $200.
Qatar Airways - Landed us in Cebu instead of Manila, though it was not in the flight plan.
PAL - Always stranding us anywhere.
PIA - Stranded in Karachi 2 days.
Emirates - No bad experience I can recall.

Only tried Philippine Airlines there in our country but here in Dubai, those that go to Kish Island....Kish Airlines. Worst experience ever!

Best airline I was ever on was Cathay Pacific.
Worst was China Northern.
In the US the worst was Southwest.
The best Continental.

Worst airline I traveled on become Alitalia. will never fly with them returned. terrible provider on our 12 hour flight. misplaced reserving tips, tried to bump us from our flight, reported we weren't on the connecting flight from Ukraine and consequently could not get on the subsequent airplane. We have been status on the table in Italy at this component, how can they say we weren't on the 1st flight, does not that propose that we've been nevertheless in Ukraine, not status there previously them in Italy? Ridiculous.

United has got to be the worst. After I missed my connecting flight because their ground crew would not bring out the stairs so we could get off the plane customer service complained because we were cutting into their party time. They did not want to help anyone rebook the flight for the next day. The ground crew at my final destination told me they really did not care if anyone flew United or not.
Customer service is not important to them.
