noted that you want them legallly modified for public street

Yes. The amount of tint is low though. Any tint installer can tell you the law for your State. I have not seen any state that allows the windshield to be tinted more than 4" down from the top. A friend of mine in Ohio bought a car with tinted windows and it was too dark. They refused to let them take the drivers test in the car.

Every state is different. In massachusetts, the limit is 35%on all the windowns In CA, I think the law is that the two front windows can be only 70%. You might wanna check out this website and select the state you live in..

In WV you can have tint up to 15-25%. Mirrored tint is not legal. My Blazer is factory dark windows and they are legal at about 25%.

Texas is a go, but we cant have limo tint or mirror tint. It scares the POPO when they see their reflection.

in colorado, we can have all the windows tinted...my friend has her 06 civic windows tinted so dark, that she has curb checked every single rim...and theyre ADR!!!! but now she got new rims. i cant remember what theyre called but, i told her that she curb checks all her rims because she cant thru her windows...and its a coupe!!!
