I am done with it. I travel with my job and we have a large family vacation at distant beaches each year. I pick up gifts when I see things that remind me of those I buy gifts for and most years I am done by the end of September. A few times I have bought gifts as early as January and wondered how I will wait until Christmas to give it, but then I put it in my hiding place and forget about it until it is time to wrap it.
I do this with birthday gifts and cards also.

I have thought about it and what I am going to get everyone but I havent bought anything yet, maybe in the next few weeks so I can sit back and watch everyone else shop on the 24th!

Yes, I come from a big family and have three kids of my own. I never stop Christmas shopping.

I am not buying for too many people this year, but I have started for those that will be receiving gifts. Christmas has gotten way way out of hand. It's ridiculous, the true meaning of the season has been lost.

Actually, yes. I start shopping in the summer at the sales. And I sock them away in my closet til Christmas.

Oh god no!!!! It's too early and i have 2 kids...ages 9 yrs old and 19 months old...I will not start until the first week of december. Let's get through halloween and thanksgiving and enjoy that first
