I also think China. Thats how the N. Koreans got it. So they have a history of this sort of thing. They also are actively pursuing a global hegemonistic agenda. I bet they would trade nuke tech. for trade agreements.

Russia. Whether it would be intentional or not is of little importance. With so much attention being focused on the Middle East, it would be very difficult for Pakistan or Iran to willingly sell nuclear technology to terrorists and North Korea is far too isolated to be albe to have any dealings with interested parties. Russia, however, lacks the barriers that hamper the other nations' supposed ambitions.

With poor oversight of nuclear stockpiles, rampant corruption within its government, and an established and influential organized crime culture, Russia's excess nuclear weaponry will find a way into the hands of extremist and terrorist groups, whether it be Islamic radicals, Marxist rebels, or some other ethnocentric individuals with a vendetta to settle.

Pakistan must get rid of those delusional madmen by any means necessary.

Pakistan had always been a highly factionalised country. The mistake that past Pakistani administrations did was that they did not do anything against areas where tribal leaders are hostile to the government. That's where radicalism occurs, mostly among poor children who get access to little or no standard education.

Poverty is one issue here. Especially considering that Pakistan is nuclear amred, it cannot allow itself to commit national suicide. It should get rid of its nukes, and work on an advanced missile and air defence shield instead.

Let the Indians complain all they want.

I would agree with the article that it's probably going to be Pakistan. Iran doesn't yet have a completed program, and North Korea is running out of useful technology to sell. Russia is certainly a distinct possibility.

Sounds about right.

Though Im actually surprised the US is so low---I guess we already gave the Israeli terrorists nuke tech and that was enough for now. For now we'll just continue to give other terrorist normal weapons it seems.

Odd that China is off the list, but really they have little need for doing it-theyre already the friendliest and no terrorist is really going to hit them, so they dont need terrorists as counter terrorists and they need land, not money.

I would hope Russia is smart enough not to. When it comes down to it China is friendlier to terrorists than Russia, so if things continue as theyre going now it would be counter productive even if they got tons of money for it.

Mexico, China and Russia.

If China can hack the computer system at the Pentagon, they already have nuclear technology up for sale.

They are a much larger threat than Iran.

Your source needs an update. "Osama bin Laden reportedly remains at large along Pakistan’s mountainous border with Afghanistan, where al Qaeda is also regrouping."

Osama bin Laden is dead! When was the last time we got a video of him? How come in his previous videos he hasn't aged? You would think living under a rock, in a cave, would cause serious aging, and health issues. How come Hillary has aged so much more than Osama, could it be she needs more "sugar" in her diet?

OH, the answer to your question. The French, the will sell anything for a buck!

Why leave China off the list?

I'd say that N. Korea is the most likely as it is in dire need of cash.
