Would you date someone that has difficulty reading. I have said that I wouldn't "But". I have said it's not ashame when a person can't read, it's only ashame when you do nothing about it.

I have dated someone who had difficulty reading, and one of my sons did too.

Yes it's a shame when a person does nothing about it, because the world is full of information and reading is the way to knowledge.

Just because one can't read doesn't make them a dummy. I'm sure there are reasons behind he/she not reading. I would date someone if they couldn't read and if he/she wanted to learn then I will help them all the way. There should be nothing to be ashamed of.

You don't have to read to be in "LOVE". If you love this guy help him. Get text books, put in time.


Also, The public library have workshops for literacy.
