When i turn off my computer and then turn it back on, the time set changes. How do I keep it from changing? Like for example, if i turn it off right now and it's 11:22, and I turn it on, it will give me something way off.

You need to replace the clock Cmos battery inside your PC

First indication that your motherboard CMOS battery is dying is that your clock slows down. Replace it before it gets to the point where you wont even be able to boot

Your internal battery may be bad. Open it up, and look for a button battery. Replace it. Make sure to ground yourself.

change the timezone of the time.
