He was the second child born of Prince Charles and Diana Spencer.

Why do you ask?

There is some doubt that Prince Harry is Charles' biological son. The similarity between Prince Harry and James Hewitt is pretty striking...but Prince Charles has refused a DNA test to confirm.

Harry looks more like Charles than Diana. Unlike William that looks just like Diana except for his hair.

He looks more like Diana's brother than James Hewitt. My father has 4 children, two with my Mum My brother and I are both very dark haired) and two from his second marriage, his wife is half Italian and very dark but his younger kids are both ginger, facially they are just like him, it doesn't mean that my stepmother slept with Chris Evans just because they have red hair!

He is Charles'son.

Only DNA testing will answer this question, but I doubt that the Royal Family will agree to that ( there will be too much of scandal for them).
