maturity or lack of it rather, low self esteem some people have to put others down on their level in order to feel better about themselves. or just a way to let out stress. they think that being mean to people they will probably never run in to is OK. most of them are more then likely chickens, and would back down if u did run into them on the streets.
just ignore them. it will be OK.give the best answers that u can and chastises the other people and maybe they will find something else with their time.

Sometimes rude is the only way to express and answer. Take the 5000+ breast and penis enlargement questions asked already. They've been asked and answered the same way – there is no proven method! So why do people keep asking them? Some askers should do some research before asking.

For the Record: If there was actually a pill, cream or drug that ACTUALLY helped enlarge the breasts and penis, don't you think it would have made world headlines as the breakthough drug of the century? Every women would look like Dolly Parton and every man would be hung like Johhy Holmes (minus the ratty mustache and knarly hair).

People are just playing around and letting off a bit of steam. I wouldn't take it to heart. I doubt alter ego was trying to be nasty, it may be that he just has a different sense of humour than you do. I have noticed sensibilities about this can vary from region to region as well as from person to person. For example , very strong personal abuse is very common in NI and not considered out of order.

Lots of reasons. They aren't raised right, they don't care about the feelings of others, or they're just too chicken to talk to someone like that in person. Oh, it's easy to be a jerk to someone who can't defend themselves. Don't worry about jerks like him, they always get what's coming to them. Maybe not today, maybe not in 20 years, but one day, when he needs serious help, nobody will be around because he's been such a nasty jerk to the people around him.

This site allows you to say what you like anonymously. That means that some very sad people have a new outlet for their stupidity and no longer have to confine themselves to writing on lavatory walls. If anyone has something worthwhile to say, they will do so politely. Those who don't can be safely ignored.

I don;t know, some people on here just love to provoke a reaction. I have seen some questions and answers so full of malice and spite that I wonder what the people posting them are like when not at their PC's, are they like it in everyday life?

Some people like to put other people down to make themselves feel bigger and better. It doesn't work. They end up looking like an a**. Apparently some people that could be of help to others, choose to be a jack a**.

It's plain and simple - low self esteem and lack of peace.

Also - Ive come to learn as I grow that some people thrive on chaos and anger.

It's quite sad really.

Because that question is asked at least once a day?

Because in the VERY FIRST section when you go from "enter your question" to "enter details" it gives you OTHER questions that are similar (exactly the same) as the one the person is asking?

Because the answer does not change, no matter who asks it?

I dunno.

Edit: BTW I just looked at that answer. It was in no way rude IMO.

Maybe those who are really rude in here are really super shy and scared irl?

I've been wondering too...it's just so uncalled for sometimes..

Have a good day :)
