I am 35 weeks pregnant. At 33 weeks my midwife measured me at 31cm. Now at 35 I am measuring 30cm. My baby is active and I feel well. I am going for a scan in the morning to check everything is ok. Has anyone else experienced this in pregnancy does it mean I am just having a small baby?

It could be a small baby, it could be low fluid, it could be just the way you're carrying. There's no telling until they do the scan, but I wouldn't stress out over it. Everything is probably fine since you're measurements prior to this have been within reason (two weeks in either direction of due date is completely normal, so when you were 33w and measuring 31 that was normal).

Good luck!

It depends on the position of the baby - thats probably why you are measuring smaller at 35 weeks than what you measured at 33 weeks. When I was 32 weeks I was measuring 28cm, and at 36 weeks I measured at 34.5cm. Babies have growth spurts too, your belly will catch up soon :)

Since your midwife says that everything is fine with you and your baby don't worry.I have a small belly(37 weeks) with a big baby girl inside. The measure doesn't mean anything.

Good luck :)

nicely what did the medical doctors say? All i understand is that i'm 29 weeks and at 28 weeks I had a enhance test and my son already weighed 3lbs 11 oz.. so ur infant does look particularly small. consistent with possibility he/she is purely going to be a tiny infant. i could be courious to appreciate what your medical expert pronounced
