i clean my dogs cage with bleach is this bad doesnt that make mustard gas or not i use it diluted like 1/4 of a cup to 1 gallon of water but today the bleach a little spilled

I think what you are referring to is when bleach is mixed with ammonia. Bleach itself certainly will not auto-convert into anything more harmful than it already is. If you are worried about the bleach reacting with any wastes in your dog cage (urine converts via natural processes into ammonia) simply rinse out the cage before you use bleach on it. Other than that, simply wipe up your spill and understand that it may bleach something you don't want to change color.

There is nothing inherently unsafe about bleach. Bleach is the common name for sodium hypochlorite. In dilute solutions it is an excellent disinfectant and is pretty cheap too!

It does not make mustard gas.

If you spill some (on your clothes) it might leave white spots or chew up the fabric. If you spill a little, just wipe it up with some additional water (remember, the solution to pollution is dilution). Let it dry and it will be fine.
