I made a radio programme in 1980 about the 1st WW and that particular one, one of a series of ten, is related by someone who joined with his three friends in 1916 at the age of 16. He was the only one to return,
If you give me your name and address I`ll send you a copy, no charge as there is a copyright on it. But you should be able to glean some information from it and use that if you are doing a project. It is a very moving episode. I can copy that episode on to CD for you.
The original le was sent to the London War archives for future reference.
