i plan to add a 250 gig hard disk and 256 mb ram on my computer..... my motherboard is ASUS P4VP-MX.... MY processor is pentium 4 2.4gh...... my current hard disk is 37GB.....my ram is 256 mb.... is it ok to add a 250GB hard disk? will i have a problem if i do this upgrade? will it slow down my computer?

adding new hard drive will not slow down your computer so its okay to do that. however, you may need to update your ram too for the new programs you'll be installing into the new hd

Hi. No, your HD will work fine, but I would prefer to add one stick of RAM at 1 GB.

The bigger drive will work fine. Just put as much ram in as you can.
