If you have a in-ground plaster/concrete pool and you drained it, would it be possible that exposing it to air after 15 years of water tend to start disinigrating the plaster after you refilled it, it seems to happening to mine after i patched it? Its gotten 4 times as worse?

You have to keep the plaster wet. Dry heat will destroy it. Sorry.

I believe your plaster was already starting to go after 15 years, the pool companies come out and chip the gunite away and redo it most times because of the scale and such, at least that is what happened with my parents, you couldnt go bare foot in the pool anymore with shaving away the bottom of your feet,
