After viewing two videos about computer careers, did you find any that interest you? How do you think computer careers will change 10, 20, or 100 years from now? How have computer careers changed from 20 years ago?

And How do these thoughts relate to your future goals?

computer careers have changed alot, 10 years ago hardware engineers where required everything, now every user can fix his computer using softwares.

but they are machine they have to be manufactured, computer programs are to be made, so there is alot of scope in computer career, following are some which will be there

Computer operators,
IT related (engineer, superivisors)
purchase officers (buy computer stuff i,e, ink, toners, upgrades)
programes (windows, oracle, unix, etc)
Network related (administrator, analsys)
internet related (google, yahoo, web desiners, etc)
teachers (some one have to teach u)

new proffesions r poping up avery year (remember 10 years ago the term it did not exist)

I see that Google has a workshop for writing (I'll phrase this weirdly first, then briefly explain) software that writes software to let you write software.

Weird concept, huh?

That is, they're writing templates (the program that offers up the templates, being Google's "software") that let web page editors create web page editors to place on their websites (the web page editors ending up, being "software") that let you write software (the software that you write, ending up being, at a very basic level, "software")...
