I Have IDE 80 GB (internal) HARD DRIVE AND I HAVE BOUGHT 160 gb Serial Ata (internal) HARD 1 Week Ago and Everything is Ok But (Sometimes) When i'm Moving My Datas From IDE HDD TO SATA HDD I RECIEVE ERORR That Says Failed To Save Files on I:/???/??? Maybe your Connection Has Lost Or it depends on your drive failure ! and another problem is when I'm turning on my pc , on first screen my hard begin to make noise and it repeat continually and windows didn't start and Sometimes It Start to make sound in windows ( When I'm Working in it ) I Have checked it for errors and bad sectors but nothing found ?!!

Backup your files to a CD. Your hard drive is failing and could die anytime soon. Hard drives have good warranty support. Check the website of the hard drive maker.

Regardless of whether or not it has found bad sectors, it definitely sounds like the hard drive is getting ready to fail. I'd bring the hard drive you just purchased right back to the store and say it's defective and have it exchanged for a new one of the same product. Sometimes these things happen and hard drives are just bricks.

Just replace the hdd which is making noise

your hard drive is a defective.
replace it, once a hard drive is noisy it has a mechanical failure
