Sartre was of the opinion that EVERYTHING an individual says or does, is a choice. He did not view this as a positive thing, but rather believed that we are "condemned" to be free. He believed that when a person faints at the sight of blood, it is because s/he willingly, though perhaps subconsciously, gives up, and is thus responsible at some level for his or her faint.

Some are of the opinion that just about nothing is a choice; that everything is determined by psychological, genetic, environmental, or nurture-related factors. The religious might say that God determines everything. They might believe that if a person murders another, it is because s/he was put in a position where due to the makeup of her/his brain, for that individual, there were NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES. This also goes for good deeds; a person might give to the poor because it's inherently in her/his nature to do so.

Do you agree with either extreme? Why?

well...i sometimes worry,
[now don't laugh, this is a hangover from my childhood]
"what if everything i am doing, of my ow free will, is part of an elaborate ritual that will bring about doom or serpants ut i dont realise it? what shall i do now to interupt the ritual? shall i scratch my nose or not? wich is not in the spell? what that i do of my own will might prevent this?"
freaked me right out.

Use refers to application. no longer something is ineffective is authentic because of the fact so a techniques as i will tell each little thing has an effect on something even no count if it is no longer sensible to my existence. Is each little thing sensible, returned, each little thing is a application, besides the fact that it ought to no longer be an helpful or sensible application. If somebody ought to keep in mind each component of each seen perception as though it must be replayed like a movie then i think of that the guy could be inconvenienced via the sheer volume of techniques which might decide for to be sorted out to make experience of something. as a result, some utilities are not worth it; we interpret that which we pick and discard products which at the instant are not sensible(which does no longer mean that we are able to retaining each little thing it is sensible).

I agree with Sartre because people are supposed to be responsible in life. Responsibility is a choice one chooses to undertake. Yes, we are our choices.

However, when things and beliefs get obsolete, so should choices; new choices must be created at some point to replace old choices, and that is not by choice.

Just because the end is determined by God, does not mean that you don't have free will....God knows what will happen or what you will do, but you don't. When God put Abraham to to test with Issac,,,he knew Abraham would do anything for him, even kill his Son,,,but Abraham didn't know the amount of faith he had, until it was put to the test....God always knew,,,but he wanted Abraham to understand how much faith he had in God. This was also a foreshadowing of God giving his only Son for us.
